As the contact form specifies, you should NOT enter any confidential information into the form. Bata Law will maintain any data you share in the contact form with strict confidence except when disclosure is required by law. 

You are not required to provide any data in the contact form, but by filling out the form you consent to providing the information you enter to Bata Law and further consent to Bata Law contacting you regarding your inquiry. Bata Law cannot and will not contact you and will not retain any personal information if you do not submit the form and do not otherwise contact Bata Law.
